These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of kgnchickentrading.com and any order you place with KGN Chicken Trading. By placing an order or using this site you confirm that you accept these Terms in full.

1. Who we are

KGN Chicken Trading is a proprietorship engaged in retail and B2B wholesale supply of fresh chicken, based at KGN Chicken Trading, MIDC, Taloja, Panvel, Raigad, Maharashtra – 410208.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract to order from us. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

3. Orders & acceptance

• All orders are subject to product availability and rate confirmation on the order date.
• An order is only accepted once payment is successfully received (for online orders) or once we confirm via WhatsApp/phone (for B2B accounts).
• We may cancel an order at our discretion if we cannot fulfil it — you will receive a full refund of any amount paid.
• Prices, weights and product images on the site are indicative. The final price applied is the rate on the delivery date.

4. Pricing & payment

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Retail online payments are processed by PayU India. We do not store card, UPI or bank details.
• Retail Cash on Delivery is not available. B2B accounts may use invoice-based payment terms agreed in writing.
• B2B "Paper Rate" pricing follows the rate for the chosen delivery date. Rates for the next day are locked once the daily 6:00 PM IST cut-off has passed.

5. Delivery

• Delivery is available only to serviceable pincodes listed on our site.
• Typical delivery window is 4–6 hours after order confirmation for same-day slots; next-day slots are delivered in the morning.
• Delivery times may vary based on traffic, weather, festivals or force-majeure events.
• Someone aged 18+ must be available at the delivery address to accept the order.
• Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

6. Quality & food safety

Chicken is a perishable food product. We take every reasonable step to deliver it fresh, cold-chain intact and FSSAI-compliant. Once delivered, you are responsible for refrigerating or cooking the product promptly. Any quality issue must be reported within 2 hours of delivery with a photo of the product and the invoice/order ID.

8. Accounts

• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
• We may suspend or terminate any account that we believe is being misused, used for fraud, spam or resale outside your agreed B2B terms.

9. Acceptable use

• Do not attempt to access admin/staff areas, disrupt the site, or scrape data.
• Do not submit false, misleading or automated orders.
• Do not resell our products under your own brand without a written B2B distribution agreement.

10. Intellectual property

The KGN logo, brand assets, product photos and page copy are the property of KGN Chicken Trading. You may not reuse them without written permission.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order shall not exceed the amount paid for that specific order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, including loss of profit or business.

12. Governing law & jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Raigad, Maharashtra.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version takes effect on the "Effective" date shown at the top of this page.
